Transdisciplinary Theme: How the World Works
Third grade had a busy week! We loved going to the Renaissance on Thursday!
We learned about plant adaptations by analyzing plants from the rainforest and the desert. They also compared those kinds of plants to cattails. 
In art class, they created pictures using helicopter seeds! 
In math, students practiced their communication skills by explaining their work and listening to other students’ strategies.
We had yet another volcano explode during Genius Hour! 
We’re looking forward to another fun week!
